With the help of her family and friends on Team Anna she has raised $20,000 through the years at the JDRF Walk to Cure Diabetes in Portland. This event is a fundraiser for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, a cause that has been dear to Martin ever since she was stricken by juvenile diabetes when she was 8 years old.
